The latest exhibition has been unveiled at WWT Martin Mere Wetland Centre by Graham McQuade: Between the Mersey and the Ribble, a celebration of local landscapes through watercolour.
Graham McQuade said: “This exhibition of landscapes is inspired by the local area around Southport, where I live. I hope you enjoy looking at them. On many mornings, especially in summer, I go out on my bike and cycle along the lanes, searching for interesting scenes. Sometimes, when I see something which catches my eye I will sit and paint the view in my sketchbook.” The outcome is this stunning exhibition of well known local scenes.

The exhibition can be viewed at Martin Mere until Sunday 21 May and will be located in the exhibition hall and all art work will be available to purchase with a percentage going towards the valuable work that Martin Mere does
