    Question crimean war wine jug ? or what

    had this with the family for years now , has been said its a crimean war russian wine jug but i have no proof

    any ideas what it really is , and is it worth anything sinse the top is missing?

    the shape is typical of jars from North Africa like Morroco

    and the shade of green is also in keeping of what I have seen from Morroco.

    The underside is also typical with that part of the world.

    The glaze looks like a lusta finish

    Nothing I can see looks Rusian

    I also think it is NOT valuable under £50

    May be some of the posters can help.
