South Ayrshire councillor John McDowall accepts this year's award from WWF's Emilie Devenport alongside its panda mascot The South Ayrshire Council campaign which aims to change habits that are helping to drive climate change have been recognised by a national charity for the fourth year in a row. Ahead of WWF's annual Earth Hour next Saturday, March 19, South Ayrshire Council has been named as runner-up for WWF's Earth Hour Local Authority Champion for 2015.
