Can you help officers identify this man? They would like to speak with him in connection to inappropriate behaviour on board a train in Merseyside.

At approximately 7.45pm on 19 March, a man was on board a train which was travelling between Liverpool Lime Street and Hamilton Square.

Passengers reported that the man exposed himself before touching himself inappropriately. The man then left the train at Hamilton Square.

Detectives would like to speak to the man in this CCTV image as they believe he may have information which could help the investigation.
