Forward Dan Agyei has completed a loan move to Blackpool from Premier League side Burnley for the remainder of the season.

The 20-year-old, who spent the first part of this season with fellow League One side Walsall, scoring five goals, will bolster an attack that has been without Kyle Vassell and Mark Cullen in recent weeks and months due to injury.

Agyei made his senior debut for Burnley in March 2017 against Liverpool, and followed it up with appearances against Everton and Manchester United. He has also spent time with Coventry City, where he also scored five goals.

Born in Kingston upon Thames, Agyei started his career on the books of Saturday's opponents, AFC Wimbledon.

"Huge thanks, first and foremost, to Sean Dyche and Burnley for allowing it to happen. I'm absolutely delighted to bring Dan in," manager Gary Bowyer said.

"He's here until the end of the season and he's going to bring pace, power and goals, hopefully. I've seen him live and he has got this habit of scoring some goals, and good goals at that."
