Blackpool Football Club say an agreement's been reached with an Investment Group over the future at Bloomfield Road.
In a statement on the club's website, they say legal formalities will be completed over the next three to five days.
A formal announcement about what's going to happen will be made then.
The statement says it will include proposed plans for the future, and an immediate solution to the issues surrounding the club.
