Drivers coming into Blackpool are faced with chaos at Marton as Preston New Road is closed for emergency repairs.
It means the north-west bound carriageway will be closed between Mythop Road and Kentmere Drive.
Diversions are set up via Vicarage Lane to Oxford Square, but we're being warned to expect major delays for the next five days.
The work involves emergency sewer repairs by United Utilities.
Traffic on the southbound carriageway, towards the M55, will be able to drive as normal.
Cars approaching Preston New Road from Mythop Road and cars leaving Kentmere Drive will only be able to turn left.
