Would you like to learn new skills, make new friends, give something back to the community and enhance your CV?
If so, why not volunteer with Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service?
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to work within our Community Risk Management Directorate to help promote safety messages across Merseyside.
Roles you may be involved in include:
* Supporting Home Fire Safety Checks
* Assisting with Reassurance Campaigns to offer fire safety advice to communities
* Assisting with public safety events and community days
* Delivering education work to children and young people to highlight safety messages
Interested? Then come along to our information evening at the MFRS Training and Development Academy on Storrington Avenue, Croxteth, L11 9AP on Thursday October 6 from 4pm.
During the evening, you will be able to meet the teams and find out more information.
Alternatively, feel free to e-mail volunteers@merseyfire.gov.uk
We're looking forward to having you on board!
