The North West Ambulance Service are calling on all young artists under the age of 12 to help them to design a sticker that will be placed on all our known defibrillators to make people aware that ‘NWAS knows where I am’ and to remind owners when to check the batteries.

The winning design will be printed on stickers and we will be presenting the winning pupil's school with their own life-saving defibrillator - a machine that can be used by anybody to administer an electronic shock in an attempt to revive a patient who has gone into cardiac arrest.

There will also be runner-up prizes for designs we love too!

To be in with a chance of winning simply post your entries to us by Friday 16 September at the following address:

Communications Team North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust Headquarters Ladybridge Hall 399 Chorley New Road Bolton BL1 5DD

We would like to see your creativity so hand-drawn designs will be preferred. For a template to get you started please see the related downloads section, however you don't have to use this. As long as you send us the name, age and school of the child as well as your contact details you'll be in with a chance of winning!
We look forward to seeing what you come up with!
If you have any queries, please email Alice on communications@nwas.nhs.uk or call 01204 498306.
