A chip shop owner has been fined £1,400 over dirty conditions at his Royton takeaway.
Supply teacher Karl Highton, of Halifax Road, Grains Bar, pleaded guilty to seven offences relating to food hygiene issues at the John Bull Great British Takeaway, on Shaw Road.
