It’s time to clear out those wardrobes or go and find a bargain!

The Age UK Lancashire Wellbeing Centre on Moorgate in Ormskirk has launched a monthly attic sale and is encouraging people to go along, either to find a bargain or have the opportunity to have your own stall for the day.

They'll be held on the first Saturday of every month with the next one on the 5th of November.

There is plenty of free parking and refreshments are also available all day; doors will open at 1.00pm or earlier for stall holders and close at 4.00pm. You can reserve your own stall for as little as £5 by pre-booking or £7.50 on the day.

All of the money from the stall hire goes to Age UK Lancashire to help pay for the unfunded projects delivered to help older people in Lancashire.

Centre Manager Gary Heron told QLocal: "We decided to launch this regular event as we know how popular these types of days are and it’s great opportunity for people to come and sell some items or find a bargain. The centre is perfect for this event especially now winter is drawing in so we hope to encourage plenty of people to come along and get involved’.

For more information or to book a stall for the next sale on Saturday 5th November please phone 01695 586515 or call into the centre to ask the friendly team.
