Staff from an Ormskirk care home were in peak condition for a charity challenge this month.
And the team from Stocks Hall went to great heights as they volunteered to climb Mount Snowdon to raise money for the Nursery Avenue home's activities fund.
The brave volunteers did not let the cold weather get them down, and soldiered onwards to the top, enjoying a snowball fight near the peak!
Captured here are Ben Rawsthorn, Catherine Berkley, Kerris Mousdell, Lyndsey Michael, Karen Hall and Jennette Ferra who collectively raised a whopping £1000 pounds!
Thanks also go to the sponsors, without whom the money would not have been raised; proceeds will go towards days out, entertainment and special events for residents.
