Pedal your way to better cycling skills on Bikeability course
Aged between five and 12 and want to discover new skills on two wheels? Then ask your parents if you can sign up for the free Bikeability Level 1 course at Coronation Park in Ormskirk on Monday 29 July between 10am and midday.

Whether you are learning to ride on two wheels for the first time or wanting to improve your balance and ability, then this session will suit you.

Instructors will help you learn to control your bike, signal, improve observation and learn techniques to prepare you for road cycling in the future.

Councillor Yvonne Gagen, portfolio holder for Leisure, said: "Bikeability sounds like a really fun way for children to learn new skills on their bikes. So if you are aged between five and 12 ask your parents to book you a place on this course."
Places must be booked in advance by ringing 01695 570258 or emailing anne.faulkner@westlancs.gov.uk<mailt...stlancs.gov.uk>.
