The toast was the town's second beer, food and wine festival this weekend as hundreds of people of good taste flocked to Ormskirk Cricket Club for the event.
The large marquee was particularly popular on both Friday and Saturday evenings as visitors enjoyed a range of craft beers, gins and cocktails; wine for the event came from Ormskirk's Holborn Wines.
Live music on both nights also helped the celebrations go with a swing.
Outside, there was also a tasty selection of hot and cold ethnic and local food, some sweet treats fro the youngsters while the balloon went up on Saturday afternoon for a charity balloon race for the Mayor's charity run by St Michael's School, Aughton.
A new book on the best of Lancashire cooking was on sale at the event with a dish from the Blue Mallard taking pride of place.
And a one off beer was also brewed by George Wrights of Rainford for the weekend - it's now on sale in Booths, Burscough.
