Anything planned this weekend?

There are two free events in Burscough which might be of interest - a Booths bash celebrating its third birthday; a fun day's been arranged with all proceeds to MIND - and a summer fayre at the popular Beaufort care home; this email arrived at the busy QLocal newsdesk recently:

Hi Roger,
I would like to tell you about an event I am holding at The Beaufort care home on Saturday 14th July.

It's our summer fete and we are opening to the public. Would it be possible to pop this on the website please?

We are still looking for items to sell or stall holders to come along and sell free of charge. We start at 2pm till around 4/4.30pm.
