An Aughton shop owner has appeared in court over a hefty VAT fraud.
Crosby's David Leatherbarrow - nicknamed 'Gravy Dave' by one of his staff - owns Aughton Food Stores on Moss Delph Lane and was in court in Liverpool earlier this month.
