I have heard a whisper that Julian Clarey is going to play a part human part robot in the Revenge of The Mincing Machine.

Wow. So much misogyny AND homophobia in a few posts.

Let me see. We are on board that an alien spins through time and space in a female spaceship. A spaceship bigger on the inside than the outside. An alien that regenerates into a different alien every so often. An alien with two hearts that is inexplicably fond of the human race. An alien whose alien arch-enemies are basically snot in a metal box with a sink plunger for an eye. An alien whose fellow 'Time Lord' has already changed from 'Missy' to 'Master'.

But an alien that's regenerated with a pair of tits rather than the usual flat chest? Well, the sky has fallen.

    Threatened much?

9hours 58 mins not too bad I suppose, I expected more outrage to be honest. And I thought our Norwegian correspondent would have led the charge. If there is such a place as heaven I hope Max Miller Bernard Manning Bob Monkhouse WC Fields and every other near the knuckle entertainer are waiting at the gates to harangue all the great and good as they enter.

They are years off the pace with their homophobia as the first openly gay central character(who incidentally is gay in real life) in Dr Who was more than 10 years ago. He went on to get his own series in Torchwood.

I think Julian Clarey is a brilliant Showman and I like his act especially with Hugh Jelly. I think he would make a great Dr, after all he has already got the costumes.
