There are many problems all across Southport with regard to water pipes affecting properties - it could be that this is the same kind of problem. Because some properties have undergone changes - i.e private houses changed into multiple use properties, shops changed into supermarkets or restaurants etc., which has meant an increase in the use of water and drainage - the existing pipes are not large enough to deal with the volume. Consequently, venues which have been changed, experience a flow back of drainage. None of the changed properties to my knowledge have had any work done on the external drains - surely this should be a legal requirement?

Had lunch there today , exellent menu's , and the service was exceptional . Will defiantly be going back .
