Music Magpie (http://www.musicmagpie.co.uk/) buy secondhand CDs and DVD that they then sell through their retail stores (Thats Entertainment) You can download an app, then scan the bar codes and you are given a price. The vast majority are priced in pence, but if you have a lot you just want to get rid of, they soon add up - you box them up and they arrange a carrier to come and collect them. Very easy, but you would possible get more selling individually on ebay, or at a boot fair but more more hassle. You could always give them to a charity shop.

I'm going to chuck some old CD's on Ebay after Christmas. Just stuff I've had for ages and don't bother with anymore. 90's stuff mainly and some singles that someone threw in my direction that have been sat on my shelf....
