Gardeners Fail Again

This Monday about 20 Green bins had been put out on Virginia Street despite there being no collection until next Monday - most of them are still there. Disgraceful state of affairs.

Part St. My green bins were not collected last Monday 16th. Rang Council,
said they would come. Others in the street removed their bins off the pavement. I left ours there and they were emptied this Monday 23rd.
