Went last night for a meal , it was The Padgeant, but has been transformed , great food and red wine . Would highly recommend .

It has been said that when helping people change their behaviour – “the spirit in which help is offered” is the most important aspect, more than the degree of skills and knowledge of the helper!

They have booked for 4 looks rather expensive though.
It has been said that when helping people change their behaviour – “the spirit in which help is offered” is the most important aspect, more than the degree of skills and knowledge of the helper!

Fair enough but it is very good. Been to a few in the states and the Southport venue lives up to the theme .

I'm not a fan of 'Themes' . I have studied the menu and about the only thing that I might fancy is a whole Sea Bass, but I'm not sure about the spiced 'dirty' rice that it comes with.

I went early on this evening and what a transformation to what it was before. I enjoyed it and the theme, staff lovely and helpful and if you have young children (I don't) it's ideal, has a cinema room for them! Nice layout, roofed smokers decks if you smoke. Only complaint is that like pretty much everywhere the vegetarian choice is very poor indeed.
I hope it is a success but before they took over that place shut down regularly, not an ideal area for a pub or restaurant, quite busy when I was in though.
