Hoghton Street Clinic appointment nightmare

Does anyone know how to make an appointment without physically going to the clinic? I need to get sutures removed from a minor op and the clinics receptionists are always busy and the machine says ring back. I've lost count of the number of calls made this week. It's like they are actively discouraging patients to call or maybe ignoring the calls as they only ring 3 times before diverting to the we're busy, hang up and ring back message.

I go to Churchtown clinic, ringing in the afternoon. I have even been to Ainsdale. These seem to have a better reception.

Just be thankful that you aren't a patient at North Meols Medical Centre. You've got more chance of hitching a ride on the space shuttle than you have of getting past the receptionist.
