Kew roundabout is currently experiencing high traffic volumes coming in to and leaving Southport. When I went at 12 midday traffic was queuing around the roundabout to get into the tip. If you have alternatives it might be worth giving it a miss?

road blocking on this roundabout will be a regular occurance if and when sainsburys get up and running its already a nightmare at peak times

I think Traffic heading for Ormskirk should be sent down Birkdale Cop Rd Heathy Lane Jacksmere Lane with traffic lights by the Church. Lanc's County and their Council Tax payers should foot the bill for widening the above roads and compulsory purchase of houses in Jacksmere Lane to widen it.

Well enough idiots from that area keep telling us what Southport's roads should be, only fair to follow suit.
