    Kindest City.

    Yes it's LIVERPOOL, the city has been voted the kindest , Manchester 4th,
    Southeast came nowhere.
    Scousers are also voted the kindest .
    Liverpool 5th kindest country in the world .

    A quick google shows that there are about four cities simultaneously claiming the title. To be fair to the Southeast, people down here know that people are less kind down here, but the problem is that kindness doesn't pay very well. I could afford to have many unreturned lost wallets given the salary differentials.
