If it is an older computer - you could try the Computer Shop on Liverpool Road, up near The Crown Pub. For a more modern computer it would need to go back to the manufacturer. But much easier you could do it yourself - even if you do not know the first thing about computers.

It could be a driver problem, in which case you would need to reload the graphics driver.

    Laptop Screen Keeps Flickering

    1. The problem may be caused by the outdated driver. Try to update the graphics card driver to your computer.
If you’re a computer novice and have no idea how to update the driver, we recommend using Driver Easy. It’s a tool that detects, downloads and (if you go Pro) installs any driver updates your computer needs.

(Driver Easy - Free downloads and reviews - download.cnet.com
    https://download.cnet.com/s/driver-easy
driver easy free download - DL Driver Updater, Driver Easy, Easy Driver Pro, and many more programs)

    2. Change the refresh rate to match the capabilities of your monitor.
Right-click the desktop and choose Screen Resolution, then click Advanced Settings and Monitor. If enabled, place a check beside Hide Modes That This Monitor Cannot Display and choose a higher refresh rate from the list trying at 80 Hertz if possible.

    3. Magnetic field may make the monitor flicker - ensure that you have not placed your computer near any magnetic/electronic device.
You can place your notebook in a wide-open area. Or you can take another computer into the same area as your laptop, to determine if the flicker is related to magnetic effects.

    4. The problem can be related to virus, too. Please run Antivirus to kill any virus in your laptop.

Is this another feeble effort to try and convince us that you're a computer expert, as well as an ace rainbow photographer?. So where did you plagiarise all the above from?.
Just be yourself, no one else is better qualified!!

Never use third party driver software they do more harm than good, use Speccy to determine which complements you have and use the relevant manufacturers website to obtain driver updates if needed.

Most component suppliers will have some sort of driver check, for example NVIDIA has GeForce this tells me when and if a new driver is needed, Windows 10 will also update drivers as necessary.

Assuming the laptop/pc is off the shelf I.E Dell then they to offer support via their websites to determine if driver updates are required.

The internet of course, where else does anyone get their information from - that is apart from you who hears voices in his head, that is?
PS. There were no photographs of that rainbow on the internet - so I had to improvise!

Are you now, at last, confessing to being an habitual plagiarist??

Not habitual, no! Only for topics that I only have limited knowledge about - just like everyone else does on this site - including your goodly self, sir!

That would be the majority of topics then. Perhaps Wiki can also explain for you the meaning of plagiarism as, you seem to be deliberately avoiding any reference to it. We can only assume then that, you don't know what it means.
