I blocked Hamble's posts a while ago because of her wild and dishonest accusations, which followed a series of PMs telling me things I didn't want or need to know about herself. She plainly has little grasp on reality, but that can be said of many who are still decent people. Hamble however has proven herself to be extremely nasty and spiteful.

So these days I only see what she says when someone else quotes her, and in the main I see that her ramblings are still incoherent, as in her daft statement that grassroots has endorsed in post 56 that I'm supposed to be a “serial avatar impersonator.” The worrying part is the link she provided in her post.

It's not the fact that the link didn't back up her claim, as we all know they never do. It was the date of the thread to which she linked that causes some concern. Hamble's gone back to at least 2011 trawling through threads in which I appear.

How long does she spend doing this? Has she not got better things to do with her time? I knew she was disturbed, but is she also obsessed? Has my ignoring her made her worse?

You'll also see that in post 54 she's quoted in full my old post about being the fictional character of the Sheik (with whom she's also obsessed) and his liaison with the equally fictional Lady Diana Mayo. Can I afford to ignore the risk that she wishes to see herself as the latter? What other significance can her selection of this post have?

Should I consider taking out a restraining order?

My conscience tells me that we should have some sympathy for the poor man. It can't be much of a life being a Nomad. Wandering around the local desert with no fixed abode. On top of which there's all that camel sh*t to shovel. Is it any wonder then, that he gets the hump, or even two humps.
Qlocal is obviously his way of gaining relief from the daily drudgery. So we should be more understanding and tolerant. Who knows, one day our luck may change and, he'll get a proper job.
