Mattress removal

Would appreciate it if anyone knows of anybody who will collect and dispose of an old mattress as having a new one delivered on Friday. Thanks

when you bought the new one ,thay would have taken the old one away at a small charge

Thanks but we did ask and they said that they didn't offer that service but to look for I quote 'the man with a van' hence my post.

Some charity shops can be rather "picky" on what they accept. I had a leather settee in a great condition, I was unable to get it into my new house so it was put into the garage. As the fire label was missing they refused to take it, I understand the reasoning & legality. But it was in an excellent condition. Sefton gained a good leather settee
