Old Park Lane roadworks

Does anyone have any info on the roadworks near Lane Ends? I have seen people waiting for the 43 bus at Schools Corner, Bispham Rd, but it seems the 43 is unable to turn round at Lane ends and must be diverted. Nothing on the Merseytravel site.
