Unlikey, allowing former Soviet bloc countries into the EU was much more a political decision than a commercial decision, in many ways admitting these countries has contributed to those unhappy with the EU, particularly regarding immigration.
The only reason to admit Scotland would be to stick two fingers up to the UK, is that reason enough?

Quite possibly, As it would also give the EU more options to access the rest of the U.K. economy.
While the U.K. was in the E.U. Scotland had a lot to loose by leaving the U.K. Now that have little to loose and could quite possibly gain greatly if they could get back into the E.U. after the U.K. has left. While we negotiate to leave they could negotiate to re-join. Would be another kick in the bollox for us.
