Anyone can vape.
I regularly see boys in school uniform trying to look cool vaping in public.

No good for me - I smoke cigarettes & female. Would not fancy such a mundane job as that anyway
It has been said that when helping people change their behaviour – “the spirit in which help is offered” is the most important aspect, more than the degree of skills and knowledge of the helper!

It's pretty normal in small specialist businesses to specify that recruits have a specific interest in the product or line of service. As long as the discrimination is not on the basis of a protected characteristic, it is perfectly legal.
They do, as Chris R pointed out, refer to "guys". As the only people who use "guys" in a gender neutral way are upper middle class Oxbridge types, and I am sure that does not describe the owners of this business - that advert is actually illegal. Which may be why it has been withdrawn.

Would you want to work for someone who writes such a poorly worded advert? I suspect their grasp of employment law is as good as their writing skills.

Yes.
It could be an employer with English as a second language or a person with dyslexia.
I have been treated and worked with Dr's and lawyers whose English is good.
They get by with quaintly brief records straight to the point.

Then surely they'd get someone with a better command of the language to write the ad for them.

Yes, I think job adverts should be more honest!

Well I've never been called an upper middle class Oxbridge type before, my coal miner Grandad would be most amused. It may not be linguistically correct but I will refer to any group of people as 'guys' regardless of gender, despite my further education taking place at a frightfully common 'red brick' institution.
I'm only happy when it rains....

Utmost apologies, I didn't realise you were a closet toff
I may be a lower middle class Oxbridge type, but I'm sure my grandad, a fireman (in the train sense of the word) was just as working class as yours.
