Oh dear it appears the Southport supporters are still in hibernation, a good result I would have thought as Liam Watson always says Alfreton were the best team in Blue Square Northern even when Southport and Fleetwood went up. And after lodging near Alfreton when working in Derby it is hard to imagine how a place like that can outspend the supposedly affluent Southport. Too many glory hunting supporters in Southport who want ready made success rather than supporting their local team.
