Do you understand that electing councillors the the council in a local election is not the same as electing an MP to parliament in a general election?
There aren't any council elections coming up.

As Mr B has said, no council elections in Sefton this year.
As to whether there is anything useful to be gained by comparing the PR responses from incumbent politicians to the promises of their opponents is a judgement for the incurably innocent-minded.
