My GPS surgery can be a joke at times . When you ring for an appointment you rarely can understand the receptionist, they can be rude and off hand . Getting and appointment is more difficult than speaking to the Pope or Putin . Absolute joke.

I can't fault my surgery in anyway.

I've never not had an appointment that day, I once rang at 08:05am and had an appointment at 08:50am.

You can book an appointment up to a week ahead, a late night surgery til 9pm on Monday & an online booking system.

You may not see your actual doctor but if the visit requires an immediate appointment does that matter.

Our surgery in Banks is the pits but beggars can't be choosers.

I saw an excellent quote the other day - It takes seven years to train a doctor but no time at all for a receptionist to think they know it all!

Kew GPs are great.Never had any probs with them.
