Friday night,the little shits will be out again and nobody will notice.

There will be groups of teenagers hanging around the so-called designated exclusion areas,and the security and police will just turn a blind eye to them,as is the norm,and then we find out too late,that some damage has been caused by them.
See them mostly at the weekend,as they are usually the main times these teenagers are out,sometimes up to around 2.00am to 3.30am.As there is no school the following day,hence these youths being out to the early hours,and it is NOT only male groups,as there are also girls in some of these groups.

Is it any wonder people are staying away from the town centre,knowing that these scroats are out in droves.
