Alfreton v SFC in FA Trophy

Southport FC have been drawn away versus Blue Square Premier League strugglers Alfreton Town in the FA Trophy first round.

The match will take place on Saturday December 10th at Alfreton's Impact Arena ground.

The draw means that Sandgrounders will play Alfreton this Saturday (league) and also the following weekend in the FA Trophy.

Alfreton are struggling in the Blue Square Premier and they sit second to bottom in the table so Sandgrounders will fancy their chances of making it in to the next round.
