Street drinkers on Lord Street this afternoon openly flouting the law by consuming alcohol in an alcohol free zone. A fine of up to £500 can be enforced by the courts.
As with the Travellers this is another group sticking two fingers up at authority.
Yesterday eight easy targets were fined £2,800 by the courts.
Tonnes of rubbish has been dumped by Travellers and no one bats an eyelid.
Is there really one rule for them and one rule for the rest of us?

No; its one rule for the cooperative and one for the uncooperative
They should have a rule.
Pick em up,
Lock em up
Keep it up till they either learn or move on

And yet 10 yards away there's a gin bar where you can sit outside and consume alcohol The same gin bar that's allowed to erect a tent in the same alcohol free zone to host a gin festival.
The same alcohol free zone that has xmas stalls selling alcohol at xmas.
20 yards in the other direction is a cafe that's applied for an alcohol licence.
Is the law an ***?

If you want them shifting ring the Police and tell them you are a Homosexual/Lesbian and the drunks have been calling you names, the response should be immediate it is a heinous hate crime.
