Is it new type of bus? No, just someone who thinks they don’t have to queue like everyone else! Driver of CAR clearly using bus lane in Southport. Benefit of doubt given due to left turn but clear driver just didn’t want to wait #reported

To be perfectly honest, it is debatable whether a BUS LANE IS really NEEDED!

It certainly shouldn’t be operational 24 hours a day. Yet more persecution of the motorist by Sefton Council.

Just past the pelican crossing literally 20 feet after the sign saying end of bus lane, a bus lane has been painted including lines to filter left at the Eastbank Street traffic lights.

I thought they had done away with the Bus Lane restrictions?

Oh right. Why does it say reported then? Would it not say booked or something similar? Or are you just having a luck stab at who took the video?

edit... sorry just seen the last second has a pop up. My bad.

Lets not forget the taxi drivers on Lord St near Sainsbury's . They parked on
double yellow lines with the 3 yellows on kerb. Sticking 2 fingers up at the law
and we now spend time chasing lazy parents of limited IQ for parking on zig zags.
likewise they don't give a s.... All are in the wrong, so slap a few with a £300 fine and see what happens . If that don't work , £750 .including the blue badge brigade.
    Nobody is special.

The buses should give way to other traffic they waste too much space.
Liverpool had the answer, abandon them.
