Police have received a large number of complaints and concerns from local residents, councillors and MPs in relation to on-going anti-social behaviour and criminal activity by youths at Marks Square in Tarleton. Some of which has included criminal damage, shoplifting, assaults and drug use.




As a result of this Police will be increasing their presence within the area to deter this behaviour. Anyone seen acting in an anti-social manner will have their details taken and schools and parents will be informed as a minimum.


During a routine patrol last night, a group was searched and a quantity of cannabis was found and recovered along with other smoking paraphernalia.
