referee was pathetic two handballs in the area nothing given and our forwards were manhandled so often in the area it was unbelieveable what tranmere got away with

Harry kane would have easily got two penalties tonight but nothing given to us

Well done to Southport FC for getting that far.

Now they need to concentrate on climbing the table.

It was a spirited effort but for the first half an hour they lacked belief. By the time they started to compete they were 1-0 down and the second goal just before the break was the killer. Tranmere were more streetwise and roughed us up a bit.

Anyway, the club should have made a few bob out of last night. It was nice to see a good crowd in there for a change.
