Sefton is set for a spooktacular half term of events and sessions as the popular school holiday programme, Be Active, returns.

Following a successful summer the Active Sefton team have decided to shake up, or should we say shiver up, the offering with a frightful Halloween twist.

Alongside the spooky sessions will be the return of the popular Football Academy, Dance Workshops, Lakeside Adventure and Swim & Splash sessions, giving young people the chance to get active and develop new skills in a fun and safe environment.

The Preschool Swimming Crash Course for three and four year olds returns to Bootle and Meadows Leisure Centres to give children the kick start they need in the pool.

Two brand new sessions will also launch this October, covering archery and gymnastics. Suitable for youngsters of all abilities, attendees will have the chance to try their hand at brand new sports under the guidance of our fully qualified instructors.
