Officers from GMP removed a woman from her car on the RSPB car park on the Marine Drive this afternoon.THe woman who was visibly upset was taken from a Range Rover and placed in a GMP police car and driven away.

Qlocal contacted the GMP press office but they refused to comment at the moment as enquiries are on going.

Either the price of Bird seed, or her jeans are too tight!

If they had done that, a Merseyside police car would have also been there. They would have also had to inform Lancs County they were crossing their area. Chief Constables used to get annoyed about other police forces operating on their patch.
