Conservation reaches completion on Lord Street. Many appreciations to the Management Team and Property Owners at the former "The Cooperative Travel" (No.179-181 Lord Street) for their most thorough restoration and regeneration of their prominent traditional style building and Victorian Verandahs here in Southport Town Centre. It is a true pleasure to behold the restoration of this fine grand structure which has now received a grand extensive restoration.

Having originally raised this matter with the relevant stakeholders back in Summer 2015 during my original Town Audit I am delighted to have the full and ongoing support of another key Stakeholder who also appreciates the need to maintain and preserve our wondrous civic heritage for the benefit of the local community.

At this time I should like to once again thank the Property Owners, at the former "The Cooperative Travel" (No.179-181 Lord Street) and their Contractors "Rimmer Scaffolding Ltd" and "Hiltons of Scarisbrick" including their Team: Mark Hilton, Mike Cupit & Mike Gregory who are revitalising this cross-section of our beloved local high street for the benefit of the local community.

I should also like to thank other Property and Business Owners alike who continue to contact me for my support and guidance of which I am always happy to provide. Onwards & Upwards!
