Merseyside Police can confirm 35-year-old Robert Case of Stockbridge Lane, Huyton has been charged with attempt abduction of a child, attempt assault, dangerous driving and failing to stop for police. This follows an incident on Field Lane, Netherton on Sunday, 23 October.
He will appear at South Sefton Magistrates Court this morning, Tuesday, 25 October.
