Merseyside Police is appealing for the public's help to trace a 22-year-old man from St Helens who is wanted on recall to prison.

Mert Gereck was sentenced to three years in prison for the possession of drugs with intent to supply and was released on licence on Thursday, 29 June 2017. His license was revoked on Friday, 13 April 2018. He is believed to be in the St Helens area.

Extensive efforts have been made by the police to find him but he remains outstanding and officers are requesting the public's help to find him.

Gereck is described as 5ft 5in tall, with brown eyes, dark brown hair and of medium build.
