Southport have completed the signing of 21-year-old midfielder Nathan Lowe from FC United for an undisclosed fee. Nathan has signed a 2-year contract with the Sandgrounders.
Formerly of the Burnley Academy, Southport fans will remember Nathan for his performance against us when FC United visited the Merseyrail Community Stadium in a 3-3 draw last month. Nathan has scored 9 goals in 42 appearances for FC United.
Nathan signed a permanent deal with FC United in March this year, before scoring a 35-yard 94th-minute winner against Tamworth the same day.
Nathan went straight into last nights match squad when Southport lost to Harrogate Town in the Vanarama National League North. Everyone at the club would like to extend a warm welcome to Nathan and wish him every success for his time at the club.

Signing players who can't hack it for clubs in the same league.
