Police need your help to identify the man in the CCTV clip who we want to speak to about two unauthorised cash withdrawals which were made using a cash machine outside Spar on Liverpool Road North in Burscough between August 26 and 28 2017.
At around 4.30pm on Wednesday, 30 August we had a report from a woman saying that there was money missing from her bank account and her card may have been used fraudulently.
We have made enquiries with the bank and store and as a result we believe the man in the CCTV may have important information which could help us with our enquiries.

Yeah, rather pathetic for 2017. I guess they are ok if you have actually caught the person in the act. But to try and hunt someone down they are useless.

Why isn't there a camera integrated into the cash machine? Thought that would be standard nowadays.
