Spectators are not permitted to take cameras into the ground as stated in the regulations posted outside the turnstiles and by reproducing photos from Football Conference fixtures without permission you are in breach of copyright.

Of course not.
You seem to be missing the point.
It would be practically impossible to stop every spectator taking photos with a camera or a phone, however just because someone has managed to take photos unhindered that does not mean it is permissable to reproduce those photos on a website for public viewing.
I would have thought that a supposed "news" site would be fully aware of this.

Does every person who goes to a footie match know this? I bet loads of pics are circulated via 'facebook' or other social media.

Your smart retorts really are becoming more and more ridiculous pedoja. YOU KNOW mobiles are not confiscated AND YOU ALSO KNOW publication of those mobile phone pictures in this instance breaches FA copyrights.

Social media is hardly the same as a commercial "news site".
Is Qlocal giving the Football Conference or Southport FC a cut of it's advertising revenue as photographs of their intellectual property are helping to attract hits to this website which in turn will generate ad revenue?

I would suggest you hand your moderating responsibilites over to someone who knows what is legally permissable to be published on this site then. It's not as if it hasn't been pointed out before!

Maybe that's why your long association with sgb has been so controversial.

Now let me see sgb an ‘organisation’ making a profit out of its publications compared to Facebook and in your own words other SOCIAL media?
Can you spot the difference now?
You really do need to engage brain before making your ‘smart retorts’.
