Over half the homes at the new High Park Grange development in Southport have already been reserved following the show home launch.
Leading housing provider Onward has seen a surge of interest in its new High Park Grange development in Southport, following the launch of a fully-styled show home last month.
The three-bedroom Hesketh show home was unveiled on 17 November, and since then Onward has already taken reservations on over half of the available properties.
Set in a private cul-de-sac location just off High Park Road, the High Park Grange development consists of ten three-bedroom homes – a mixture of detached, semi-detached and three-storey – all available through shared ownership.
Sandy Kelly, head of sales at Onward, said: “We’re delighted that the opening of our show home generated such a great response.
“The High Park Grange development is already proving popular with potential buyers – particularly those looking to get on the property ladder – and the new show home has given visitors the opportunity to picture what life could be like in their dream home.”
Available from just £89,000 (for a 50% share), the homes at High Park Grange are ideal for first-time buyers, families and downsizers who may be priced out of the local market.
Sandy added: “We’ve already had some great feedback from visitors, with many commenting on the generous size of the properties and the garden.
“I would encourage house-hunters in the area to get in touch with our friendly sales team about the remaining homes we have at this popular development, which could be yours with just a 5% deposit through shared ownership.”

Its a business they make a profit, even if they have to waste the profit or bury that it in the books later.

They look quite nice and at the end of the
day it's down to choice. We've all purchased
something and thought later either it was a
good buy or maybe we've paid too much.
Profit has to be made in return for effort.
