Despite the road being blocked by police cars at the scene of this mornings RTC at Banks some drivers still thought they could drive around the police cars and continue their journey.

Several drivers were given a severe telling by officers.

That's why there is so many accidents down there, because of them, they are queuing up to be involved.
Take their licences and make them resit the test.

The first TWO pictures show the road open on one lane with a Police car NOT blocking the whole road, the third one shows a road closed sign up. What are drivers supposed to be mind readers too. If they wanted to block it off WHY not BLOCK it off with the car AND the van.

I've driven many a BMW but I've never owned one. If you were from Southport you may have heard of Little London then again history is not important nowadays.
How come you can write big words like misunderstanding but struggle with little ones?

Why did the Police leave a vehicle on the carriageway overnight? If they couldn't move it then the minimum should surely have been to place cones around it? After all it is a clear way.
