The Breathe Easy Sefton North group met recently for their first monthly lunch meet of the new year.

It was a good turnout considering there seems to be a lot of poorly people about at this time of year.

The food was delicious, the service was fast and efficient, and we look forward to our next visit to the Bay Horse in Formby on 16th May.

Our group also meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month at the Dove Centre in Formby by the railway station. Our meetings are 1-3pm.
